2.Welding and installation

2.1 The signaler is shipped in three parts: base assembly, electronic head assembly, wearing parts and tools

2.2 Welding base:

2.2.1 First remove the three M6 fixing screws, Remove the cover 2 and remove the tappet assembly(Spring 3, apush rod1 ,magnet 5);

2.2.2 By special wrench to anticlockwise remove the core component(6?7?10?11?12)

2.2.3 Hole is on the above of direction perpendicular to the horizon of the pipeline,hole size is based on base (13),Illustrated with reference to the provisions of groove dimensions.

2.2.4 The solder pads (13) into the hole,solder pads is positioned flush with the end face of the pipe wall and Welded(see below drawing)






2.2.5 Surface inspection should be carried out after welding

2.3 Installation

2.3.1 Core installation:clean the surface of solder pads,check whether the needle swing flexibility;The core components of the right-handed into the solder pads,Until tighten up;install lifter assembly,Install housing,The set screw pretension to cover not bounce,But it can rotate as well

2.3.2 Check:Check the power meter is immediate trigger information; if not the assembly of normal, or check whether the proper installation and re-assembly.

2.2.4 L Open head cover, visible terminals, remove the terminal, connect the wiring according to diagram






3.Operation

3.1 After installation pig signaler,it is in the original working state,Once the pig through,At this time, the LCD display lights up, the pipeline pigging icon flashes. It has been stored through time; remote switch is closed, the electronic monitoring system can monitor the pig has passed; there is no operation for 10 seconds, the LCD display to sleep, press any key to light up.






3.2Check pigging information:press key F/S,Enter query interface;it display the last through time;









Press key?or?;Check the previous record;Information format:

Xxxx  year  xxmonth  xx day

xx hour  xx minute  xx second

3.3Clock set:In the initial state,Press Key F/S for long,until it shows?xxxx?year;Press ? or ?,Press F/S and set,Enter the month setting;same step set:year,month,day,hour,minute,second

3.4 Clear Record: Press F / S to enter the query interface, press ? button for 5 seconds or more, then press the ? key; holding it, until the time digits shows "00"; press F / S key again, display graphics pipeline before recording number, if the digit shows "00", Clears complete, the original recording all be cleared.

3.5 Battery check: Symbols left of the screen  is battery,In the case of battery-powered, can detect the battery charge, a grid by representatives of 25% of the electricity, when the battery indicator only one cell, replace the battery.

3.6 Battery replacement procedure: Remove the back cover; see wiring boards, terminals overall unplug, then unscrew the screw terminal block, remove the wiring board, take out shockproof cotton, remove the battery box, unscrew the screws and open, replace the batteries. Battery: 4 batteries of 5 1.5V. Reverse operation to complete the installation process.

2.3.2Flag installation:Remove the three screws on the end face of the housing,Push the latch hook assembly from the base of the hole put the flag up,using the removed screws with swing flag assembly is secured to the housing;Rotating the flag adjusted to the proper orientation,make the direction of the arrow placed on the flag parallel to the pipe axis,also can perpendicular to the axis;Short for easier viewing is appropriate;Determine direction and spin set screw tightly,And check the flag placed in the external force is not rotated advisable.

2.2.3 Flag reset:after installation, put pressure to flag,So that in the horizontal direction,Effectively linked to the latch hook?Thus, the mechanical part of the installation is complete and in its original state?

2.2.4 Electrical connection:Flag rear mounted micro explosion-proof switch,Inside there is a normally open contact,cable outlet;connect the cable with field wire. Explosion protection and treatment .



3.Operation

3.1After installation pig signaler,it is in the original working state,Once the pig through, it will trigger the indicator flag raised,Inspectors can clearly see the instructions state,flag raised at the same time,Touch remote switch is closed,Electronic monitoring system can monitor the pig has passed, and it can be recorded 

3.2 For the next detection pigging through, you must follow the steps 3.2.3 to make the flag reset;
